Salisbury selectmen waive sewer back charges tied to administrative error. The board unanimously forgave $2,400 in back-billed fees at 59 Central Avenue after finding the town shared responsibility for a years-long misclassification of the property as single-unit rather than two-family. Director of Assessing Jonathan Greeno confirmed the structure's dual design.
The board also narrowly approved a sewer regulation amendment raising the per-equivalent-residential-unit connection fee to $3,080 effective July 1, with Selectman Colburn opposed. A four-to-one vote also approved Town Manager Neil J. Harrington's three-year employment renewal effective July 1.
