SALISBURY — Conservation Commission approves permits for DOT drainage project and three residential properties. The board voted unanimously to advance Massachusetts DOT's drainage stabilization work at 213 Elm Street on condition that the agency obtain temporary and permanent easements from three property owners before construction begins; Commission member Christopher Leahy abstained. The board also approved notices of intent for Kyle and Megan Campbell at 13 Liberty Street and Barry Wilson at 9 Blacksnake Road, ratified an enforcement order at 12 Hayes Street requiring signage, and approved a request for determination for Richard Saba at 78 Atlantic Avenue--with Saba recusing himself as commissioner while representing the property owner.
Two applications were continued to May.
