Salisbury Conservation Commission approves fund appropriation, continues four applications. The Commission unanimously approved an appropriation from the Conservation Fund to cover legal fees for a past Enforcement Order and continued four pending applications--a Request for Determination of Applicability for Robert Leavitt at 4 11th Street West and Notices of Intent for Massachusetts DOT at 213 Elm Street, Yvonne Green at 6 Libby Avenue, and Boston North Development at 154 Lafayette Road--all to January 21. For the Green project, the Commission ordered a site visit and requested pea stone placement in saw-cut holes; for Boston North, commissioners raised concerns about tree removal and water management and asked the applicant to explore additional plantings.
