Salisbury Conservation Commission approves Lupien Family Revocable Trust project at 470 North End Boulevard. The commission unanimously endorsed the Notice of Intent with a Special Order of Conditions after applicant representative Ron Laffely of Fulcrum Architects presented updates showing a reduction of 703 square feet of foundation and 2,000 square feet total of hardscape removal, including parking area and sidewalks. Commission members called the project a significant site improvement.
The commission also approved a Certificate of Compliance for 86 Ferry Road and continued six other applications--four Notices of Intent and two Requests for Determination--to April 15, with interim site visits scheduled for two properties.
