SALISBURY — Conservation Commission continues four applications under Wetlands Protection Act. Chair Julie Doughman-Johnson oversaw the continuation of a Request for Determination of Applicability for Robert Leavitt at 4 11th Street West and three Notices of Intent for Massachusetts DOT at 213 Elm Street, Yvonne Green at 6 Libby Avenue, and Boston North Development at 154 Lafayette Road, all rescheduled to February 4, 2026 at 7 p.m. The Yvonne Green application will include a site visit in the interim.

Commission Member Richard Saba raised questions about inconsistent placement of barrels at beach access points.
