SALISBURY — Conservation Commission continues Wekelo residential project and orders peer reviews for Coastal Elm development. The Commission, with Chair Christopher Leahy presiding, tabled the 207 North End Boulevard Notice of Intent to May 20 and voted 6-0 to continue 145 Elm Street to June 3 pending site visit and independent stormwater and peer reviews by Joe Serwatka and BETA. The Elm Street project proposes two new buildings, an office and retail space with a bank tenant, designed with stormwater detention systems on clay soil.
The Commission also ratified then lifted an Enforcement Order at 25 Bayberry Lane, both motions passing 5-1 with Mark Warcewicz abstaining as an abutter, and determined a proposed change at 13 Liberty Street significant enough to require a new Notice of Intent filing.
