Salisbury Conservation Commission reorganizes, elects Leahy Chair. The panel voted unanimously to elevate Christopher Leahy to Chair and Richard Saba to Clerk, deferring the Vice Chair vote to a future meeting. In the evening's lone approval, the Commission voted 6-0 to issue a Notice of Intent for Yvonne Green's project at 6 Libby Avenue, with a negotiated compromise requiring removal of front concrete under a proposed deck while leaving existing concrete and installing clean stone in its place.
Three other Notices of Intent and enforcement matters were continued or deferred, including a compliance order for 165 Atlantic Avenue directing removal of an unpermitted deck or submission of a new permit application by March 4.
