Salisbury Cultural Council approves $1,000 annual budget across six community events. Chair Darci Cepiel and members unanimously authorized spending for jewelry making ($250), water marbling ornaments ($200), a scarecrow display ($100), Trunk or Treat ($150), and Salisbury Days basket ($125), with supplies for a Makers Market drawn from prior-year stock. The council also unanimously approved a paper advertisement banner for display on MEVA buses, and authorized $175 for a beach event for children pending research by Treasurer Bonnie Griffith.

An expenditure deadline of September 1 applies to all allocations.
