Historical Commission approves website, hears fund-access procedures.

Salisbury Historical Commission unanimously approves website creation and receives fund-access guidance. Finance Director Karen Snow outlined the commission's three accounts--Board of Trustees - Pike, Pike School Preservation Fund, and General Fund for Pike School Improvements--and the seven-step process for allocating funds, which includes commission vote, town manager signature, purchase orders, and Select Board approval. The General Fund holds $8,612 designated for Pike School window repair.
Chair Connie Hellwig, Vice-Chair Thomas Tatro, and Secretary Rachel Phillips approved prior minutes unanimously and tabled windows update, cleaning schedule, America's 250th Anniversary planning, and National Register application to the April 21 meeting.
