Planning Board approves bond release and duplex completion, extends ANR review.

SALISBURY — The Salisbury Planning Board unanimously approved two property completions and extended an ANR application review. Chairperson Warren Worth led the five-member board in approving a partial performance bond release for parking lot paving at 191 Lafayette Road and a Certificate of Completion for the duplex at 41 Gardner Street, contingent on installation of a lot line fence before occupancy. The board also unanimously extended a 30-day review period for the 3 Taft Street ANR application after Director of Economic Development Bill Luster recommended Town Counsel analysis and a workshop on ANR endorsability standards.

A major site plan review for 145 Elm Street retail development was continued to June 24, 2026, with the decision deadline extended to July 22, 2026.
