Planning Board approves lot subdivision plan for Elm Street property.

Planning Board · Meeting of January 28, 2026

SALISBURY — Planning Board endorses subdivision plan for three Elm Street lots. The board voted 4-1 to endorse the application filed by F & D Realty to reconfigure properties at 125, 151, and 163 Elm Street, with parcels to be transferred to the town sewer treatment plant and town of Salisbury to accommodate future easements without encroachment. Director of Planning Lisa Pearson found no impediment to endorsement.

The board also unanimously continued a public hearing on a four-building, 37-unit storage facility at 154 Lafayette Road to February 11, 2026 at the applicant's request.
