SALISBURY — Planning Board approves prior minutes, discusses Master Plan and zoning updates. The board unanimously approved minutes from its March 25 meeting, with five voting members in favor. Planning Assistant Isabella Sollazzo reported the Master Planning process is wrapping up and the board will review the full draft in May.
Sollazzo also updated the board on Missing Middle Zoning workshops, confirming Route 110 was added to the study zone per the board's request. The board acknowledged receipt of Notices of Zoning Amendment from Newburyport and Amesbury.
