SALISBURY — Planning Board approves storage facility with traffic and fencing conditions. The five-member board unanimously backed Boston North Development LLC's major site plan review and special permit for a 37-unit facility at 154 Lafayette Road, requiring a right-turn-only sign, non-chain-link fencing facing Route 1, and staff-approved detention basin protection. Applicant Lisa Mead's revised plans incorporated prior requests for sidewalks, trail-access gates, and expanded drainage infrastructure.
The board also unanimously approved a minor modification allowing Joseph Neipp to demolish and rebuild at 46 Beach/2 Gravel Way. Board correspondence included Vice Chairperson John Schillizzi's report on Root & Bloom cannabis facility odor-control measures.
