SALISBURY — Planning Board explores missing middle housing strategies for Salisbury's main corridors. Grant Perry of Innes Land Use Strategies presented findings to the board, which unanimously approved April 8 meeting minutes and heard Director of Economic Development Bill Luster propose an inclusionary zoning bylaw study. Planning Assistant Isabella Sollazzo and board members discussed cottage courts, starter homes, duplexes, fourplexes, and tiny home developments while balancing concerns about flood hazards and maintaining single-family character on the three state-owned entry roads.
The board also received a Master Plan Update status report.
