Planning Board endorses ANR for Lafayette Road lot-line adjustment

SALISBURY — Planning Board unanimously endorses ANR for Lafayette Road lot-line adjustment. The Board approved the Form A application for 154 and 156 Lafayette Road (Map 22, Lots 2 and 151) on behalf of Boston North Development, with Planning Assistant Isabella Sollazzo confirming both lots meet ANR requirements. In related business, the Board discussed incomplete items at 45 Toll Road, including missing stop signs and fencing, with members weighing the installation of wheel stops near the building walkway.

Director of Economic Development Bill Luster reported that DPW Director Jamie Tuccolo will coordinate with the State on a permanent southbound left turn onto Route 1 at 154 Lafayette Road, with an answer expected within one to two months.
