Planning Board recommends accepting Winterberry Circle as town road.

SALISBURY — The Planning Board unanimously recommended accepting Winterberry Circle as a town-owned public roadway. Director of Economic Development Bill Luster reported the subdivision project, originally approved under subdivision control law, had faced delays including the death of its developer but met all conditions after the Town Engineer and DPW reviewed the as-built plan. Clerk Daniel Welch requested written confirmation from the Town Engineer that all required elements were present before the recommendation proceeded to the Board of Selectmen.
