Salisbury Conservation Commission approved prior minutes and continued six permit applications spanning tidal discharge upgrades, a state transportation project, and two North End Boulevard residential expansions. The commission unanimously appointed Christine Maxim as Vice Chair. Kyle and Megan Campbell's 13 Liberty Street deck application and the Lupien Family Revocable Trust's house elevation project at 470 North End Boulevard were both continued to April 1 with site visits; commissioners requested an updated plantings comparison table and clarification on parking garage design for the Lupien project.
Four applications were scheduled to return April 15, while enforcement order updates were placed on the next agenda.
