Salisbury home sales roundup: $1.05 million Winterberry Circle deal tops a mixed month
Salisbury recorded 12 property transfers between July 24 and Aug. 22, with six disclosing a sale price ranging from $325,100 to $1,050,000 and a median of $604,450. The month's top sale was 2 Winterberry Cir Lot 9 at $1,050,000, sold by Allison Sherri Gadbois to Packy William Brown. Half the month's deeds carried no disclosed price, several reflecting transfers within the same family or into a trust rather than open-market sales. Seller 6 Forest Road LLC accounted for three of the six disclosed sales, including two identically priced $559,900 condo units on Meadowview Lane.
