Salisbury Home Sales Span $44,998 to $5.25 Million in Late July, Early August
Salisbury recorded 14 property transfers between July 10 and Aug. 8, with nine disclosing sale prices ranging from $44,998 to $5,250,000 and a median of $509,000. The period's top sale was 20 Friedenfels Rd at $5,250,000, sold by Lion King Holdings LLC to Stephen Coulombe, trustee, on July 31. Five transactions, including three that appear to be transfers within the same family or into a trust, carried no disclosed price. Six of the 14 properties were condominium units or subdivided lots. The data shows a mix of individual, LLC, and trust buyers and sellers, with no single street accounting for more than one disclosed-price sale.
