Salisbury Records 10 Deeds in August, Prices Range to $835,000
Salisbury recorded 10 property deeds between July 31 and Aug. 29, according to Essex County Registry of Deeds data. Five sales disclosed a price, ranging from $170,000 to $835,000, with a median of $649,000. The month's top transaction was 21 Atlantic Ave, Unit 5, which sold for $835,000 on Aug. 21 from the Jerry J. Meehan trust to Richard Eynon Williams, trustee. Five of the 10 deeds, exactly half, involved a seller and buyer sharing the same last name, with none of those disclosing a sale price, a pattern consistent with family or trust transfers. No street had more than one sale this period.
