Salisbury sees $1.05 million condo sale lead a month of mostly undisclosed-price deed transfers
Salisbury recorded 14 property deed transfers between July 17 and Aug. 15, but only seven disclosed a sale price, ranging from $2,799 to $1,050,000, with a $559,900 median. The month's top sale was 2 Winterberry Cir, Lot 9, which sold for $1.05 million on Aug. 13. Seller 6 Forest Road LLC accounted for three of the seven priced sales, at Meadowview Lane and Clover Circle units. Five of the 14 recorded deeds were transfers within the same family name or into a trust, and two involved Salisbury Town as a party, meaning a significant share of recorded activity was not open-market buying and selling.
