Eight transfers showed no price: four were nominal-consideration transactions, not market sales, and four are still awaiting price data at the registry. One seller, 6 Forest Road LLC, accounted for three of the six priced sales. With limited pricing data available so far, the period's overall market tone cannot be firmly characterized.
