Salisbury's Priciest July Sale Hits $5.25 Million Amid Sparse Price Disclosures

Salisbury recorded 13 property transfers between July 3 and Aug. 1, 2026, though only six deeds disclosed a sale price, ranging from $280,000 to $5.25 million with a median of $749,800. The month's top transaction was 20 Friendenfels Rd, which sold for $5.25 million on July 31, moving from Lion King Holdings LLC to Stephen Coulombe, trustee. Six of the seven undisclosed-price deeds appear to be transfers within the same family or into a trust, including two same-day Beach Road condo transfers from Nicolas Herrera into the Herrera Revocable Trust. LLCs were party to five of the 13 recorded transfers.
