The month's top transaction was 20 Friendenfels Rd, which sold for $5.25 million on July 31, moving from Lion King Holdings LLC to Stephen Coulombe, trustee. Six of the seven unpriced deeds appear to be transfers within the same family or into a trust, including two same-day Beach Road condo transfers from Nicolas Herrera into the Herrera Revocable Trust. LLCs were party to five of the 13 recorded transfers.
