SALISBURY — Selectmen approve licenses, easement, and land disposition. The Salisbury Board of Selectmen unanimously approved nine Common Victualler license renewals, two Entertainment licenses, and four motor vehicle-related license renewals at their January 12 meeting chaired by Donna Abdulla. The board voted unanimously to accept F&D Realty LLC's response to a Request for Proposals concerning town-owned property at 151 Elm Street and authorized Town Manager Neil J.

Harrington's office to negotiate a Purchase and Sales agreement. The board also approved a National Grid easement on town property at 39 Lafayette Road and appointed Carl Raleigh to the Ring's Island Neighborhood Preservation District Committee for a term ending June 30, 2028. Planning Board Chair Warren Worth announced the Planning Board will hold its reorganization vote on July 8, 2026, and reported the town received a One Stop Grant for FY2026 to support Missing Middle housing zoning work.
